AUTOMOTIVE SERVICING NCI - 469 HRS.
A complete 469-hour course on automotive servicing that includes gas and diesel tune-up, automotive battery servicing, ignition system servicing, wiring/lighting system test and repair, under chassis preventive maintenance and shop maintenance.
AUTOMOTIVE SERVICING NCII - 469 HRS.
ENGINE REPAIR – Diagnose and repair engine cooling, lubrication, intake, and exhaust systems, and diagnose and overhaul engine mechanical systems.
ELECTRICAL REPAIR –A person must be able to service manual air-conditioning systems; diagnose and repair manual air-conditioning systems; repair manual air-conditioning compressor magnetic clutches; diagnose and repair ignition systems; diagnose and repair starting systems; diagnose and repair charging systems; and diagnose and repair body electrical systems.
SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING SMAW NC I - 268 HRS.
Provides basic training in manual arc welding, focusing on the proper setup of welding equipment and the performance of fillet welds on carbon steel plates. Trainees learn essential welding techniques, safety practices, electrode selection, and metal preparation.
SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING SMAW NC II - 268 HRS.
This includes preparing pipe materials, aligning and tacking pipes, selecting proper electrodes, and performing root pass, hot pass, fill, and cap welds on pipes. Trainees also practice welding in various pipe positions—such as 1G, 2G, and 5G—while applying correct heat control, arc length, and welding angles.
TECHNICAL DRAFTING NC II - 148 HRS.
In this course, students will acquire the skills and knowledge to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings through both manual drafting and computer-aided design (CAD) techniques.
